One of the standout features of the CCB HKMO Mobile App is the Mobile Token Service. This newly built function allows you to replace the need for a security token or SMS OTP to authenticate designated transactions on Online Banking and Mobile Banking. With the Mobile Token, you can enjoy a safe and convenient way to manage your finances.
The app has also undergone some notable migrations to enhance the user experience. The pre-logon pages now feature a simpler welcome page with a clearer logon button. Additionally, you can swipe up to discover the latest exclusive offers in the brand-new Promotion page. The logon methods have also been diversified and made more secure with the inclusion of the built-in Mobile Token service, Biometric Credential Authentication, and Online Banking Username and Password.
Once logged in, the post-logon pages offer an enhanced bottom navigation menu with five brand-new channels: Home, Transfer/Payments, Credit Card/Loans, Wealth, and Lifestyle. This makes your banking experience more flexible and suitable to your needs.
Please note that the above migrations are only applicable to Hong Kong, and the Macau part is not included in this app.
